Hey dads, Ryan here. These are the lists I use for a baby, the car, a sports bag, and a winter trunk. Plain language. Education only, not medical advice. If someone is badly hurt, call 911.

Who picks these kits
Baby first aid kit list: what a new dad actually needs
What I'd keep for a new baby, and what I'd skip. Where it lives at home and in the diaper bag. I don't list medicine doses. If a baby is in trouble, call 911.
First aid kit for kids' sports bags: the sideline checklist
What I'd put in a kid's own sports bag, and what I'd keep for the sideline: wound care, cold packs, wraps, blister care, and an info card.
Winter car kit for families: the November swap-in checklist
What I'd add in November so the everyday car kit covers a family if a storm stops the car. Warmth, a way to be seen, and a plan to swap it back in spring.
Build the car kit before the drive
What I'd pack in the trunk for the drive you already take. Bleeding, airway, and burns, so you can find them in the dark. If someone is hurt, call 911.
